relaxer thread?

does anyone know the name of the relaxer thread that had step by step instructions on how and what to use when relaxing?

and also... does anyone know if i'm suppose to use a protein treatment like keracare immediately after rinsing out my relaxer?


i did a search but i can't seem to find it; i'm going crazy! *L* i'm in kind of a bind and i need to know right away, thanx loads...
