Hi Ladies
I'm asking a question way before I reach this goal
But it's the one question that sits with me CONSTANTLY
WAIST LENGTH or more hair: ANY ONE EVER HAD/HAVE THIS LENGTH CUT INTO LAYERS??
IS IT BEST TO CUT THE LAYERS AFTER REACHING WAIST LENGTH (if you desire the layers to be look the absolute best possible)
or
CUT BEFORE REACHING GOAL: b/c the layers look better as they grow out?
HAIR COLOR FOR SUCH LONG HAIR LENGTHS: found that salons do better at coloring "without damaging" your hair .... or do you find you prefer coloring AT HOME??
ANY ONE BRAND BETTER IN COVERING HAIR (GOING LIGHTER)
