What Can I Do 4 Thinning Ends...

Hey EverybOdy!
Could yOu please help me find out what is gOin on with my hair?
I have very thick hair and my ends are thin...
What cOuld of caused this?
I used tO wear braids back tO back fOr one year and nOw I use rubberbands fOr my prOtective styles...
cOuld that be it?
and what can I dO tO thicken my ends, or dO I have tO cut them off?

Hi Ciara ~

I think you might be on the right track with the rubber bands. Maybe you can switch to small silk scrunchies instead (I've had no problem finding mine at Walgreen's or the local drug store). I've also used nylons to bind my ends without breakage.

Also, try keeping your ends moisturized and un-exposed to the air to keep them from drastically thinning even further. Good luck!
