What Works For My Hair:

BEING GENTLE AND PATIENT WITH HAIR!
Super B Complex
Airdried Rollersets
Salerm21 (only when rollersetting, didn't work on my hair when blowdried or airdried)
Oils (like WGO & Hot 6 Oil)
S-Curl (for when I wear my hair in a bun)
Jilbere Shower Comb and K-Cutter to detangle wet hair

What Doesn't Work For My Hair:

Too much heat (I used to blowdry after every wash)
Too much combing/brushing
Too much wrapping
Too much manipulation
Protective styling on wet/damp hair
Washing more than once a week (It's too much stress on my fine hair)
Some moisturizers (I prefer oils)
Product overload

Undecided:

Whether to get my hair trimmed, cut into an even-length bob, or layered again (I've been hanging on to thin, overprocessed, color-treated ends! )

Future Plans:
Cornrows (like cybra and CaramelHonee) and weaves to grow out my hair and protect it while I transition to natural ;)

What works:
moisturising daily
air drying
vitamins (i think)
little manipulation (i havent gotten to no manipulation yet)
moisturisng shampoo and conditioner combo (nexxus)
CWC
ACV rinses every 2 weeks
salerm 21
satin pillowcase (those satin caps ain't satin)
washing every 3 days
lye relaxer
NTM
elasta qp recovery oil moisturiser (even though it has mineral oil, its the only moisturiser that actually moisturises my hair)

What doesnt work
elasta qp mango butter
surge
shampoos (i feel that all the moisture im adding to my ahir is being stripped out everytime i wash so i will try conditioner washes)
baggie (not for me)
trmming a lot
greasing (i swear i can still feel all the buildup years of greasing has done to my scalp)
redken all soft
blow drying ( i had to blow dry after my last wash and i was terrified!! i hadnt used any heat on my hair since july)
grease...ugh

Thanks to LHCF and other hair websites, ive nursed my hair back to good health. For teh first time, i got a compliment on my hair!!!! And i can wear my hair down even though its below freezing
