Where are the emoticons

The emoticons [smiles] aren't showing, only the script. Does anyone know when they'll be up and running? I LOVE those things. They effectively express emotions that are difficult to convey in words. I even tried to put one in this message and it wouldn't go in. Get them back soon ya'll the forum won't be the same without them.

Sorry girls. My fault. It is at the top of every forum listing (Announcement). This is the screen when you click on a particular forum and you see the list of threads. Look at the top and it is there.
