Worst Hair Care Advice Ever

" You should relax"

It's a simple one. However, I think it's extremely rude to advise this to someone who hasn't voiced any complaints about their hair and/or intentions of relaxing. No thanks.

You should braid your hair extra tight, because lots of tension will pull the hair and make it grow faster.
It works extra well if you relax your hair the day before braiding.

Washing frequently, whether with shampoo or conditioner only (cw) "is for da white folks" and will make your hair fall out. This coming from a lady whose hair was as stiff and dry as a piece of stale bread. The same lady claimed her hair used to be WL...at the time she stated that, her hair barely touched her neck and was dry, stiff, chewed up, and greasy. GTFOH!! Musta been WL in her delusional mind with that kind of horrible advice. Meanwhile, my hair was surpassing MBL and healthy with my "fo da white folks" routin.e, lmao
