Steam: Claudie's Khave DC'er mixed with Jakeala's Sweet Honey Hair Thang
Leave-In: Qhemet Biologics Cocoa Tree Detangling Ghee
Twist: Naturally Smitten's Tangle Free Hair Pudding & Curls Lavish Conditioner
 
Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Cowash: Honey's Handmade cherry tapioca cowash or As I Am coconut cowash
Leave in: Garnier Sleek & Shine cream sealed with coconut oil
Styler: Ecostyler
Style: Wet bun, break gel cast with wet hands once dry.
Nighttime: Take down bun, mist with warm water, add coconut oil, 3 twists for bed.
 
Did my hair last night.

Cleanse: Redken Hair Cleansing Creme (I'd planned to water rinse only but my hair felt a little off so I grabbed Bae and did a cleanse)
Condition: Amauri Naturals Strong Strands Conditioner
M&S: PBN Murumuru Moisture Milk & PBN Sapote Hair Lotion, Komaza Care Jojoba Hemp Butter

My twists came out soft, thick, and juicy. Almost made me want to snip off the remainder of the relaxed ends on my head :look:
 
EDIT: continue drinking 2 cups of Beautifully Bamboo tea daily.

This evening:
pre-poo: Tresemme Naturals Conditioner
Light dusting
Cleanse: Cush Cosmetics Mango Shampoo Bar
Protein: dark beer rinse (if I can pick up some)
DC: Tresemme Botanique Hydration Mask w/added vegetable glycerin

Saturday (rain ALL day):
Cleanse: DevaCurl No-Poo Decadence
Condition: This morning I set aside a really ripe banana to give my hair a treat. I also have ripe avocado, full fat greek yogurt, and BSM.
OR
Condition: One Condition Decadence (probably w/added glycerin).

Sunday:
Cleanse: DIY Sodium bentonite clay w/AVJ and cayenne pepper
Leave-In: Warmed Kinky Curly Knot Today w/added vegetable glycerin
Sealer: Kinky Curly Curling Custard

Same ole same for now. Next weekend is when I take my Faux locs out and then I can get a hair day in... so in the meantime. tomorro...

An ACV rinse using Cream and Coco, Ginger Peach Cider

Followed by Cream and Coco, Pink ginger & Anise Scalp Massage Honey , then Yerba concentrate and some APB Leave in conditioner.
 
I really had the best of intentions to detangle my hair. But all I did was wash, deep condition and gel my edges into a bun. That's probably all I'll do this weekend. I have to work saturday through tuesday then go all the way to alpharetta for an intern training for 3 days, then go back to work friday and probably saturday. ermagerd.
My hair really has been taking a backseat lately, maybe it's time for a chop.

Thank you for the birthday wishes! And don't chop! If you're washing, conditioning, and moisturizing your hair there's nothing wrong with a bun. And then when you have the time your hair will still be there ready to style.
 
I haven't DC'ed in about a month soooo:

Currently prepooing with AVJ and rice bran oil mix for 20 minutes

Will be shampooing with Redken Time Reset shampoo

Deep conditioning with a combination of small bit of Redken Time Rest Youth Revitalizer I have left with some Redken Extreme Strength Builder Fortifying Mask.
 
Didn't feel like shampooing or doing a long wash day this week.

Detangle: finger combed the gel off my hair with vatika coconut oil
Clay Rx: Bentonite, activated charcoal, acv, neem oil, peppermint oil and honey
DC: didn't feel like it
Leave-ins: Aphogee provitamin, jojoba lavender olive oil, shea butter, lottabody
Stretch: curlformers (a mix of big and regular for a quick set)
