Greens+, chlorella & Spirulina users

Does anyone use Greens+? I wanted to start getting chlorella and spirulina in my diet, and I noticed they have

Hawaiian Spirulina Pacifica 1450mg
Japanese Chlorella 383mg

in one serving. Is that a good amount?

Sui Topi, these are very good selections for Spirilina and Chorella. I have both and I love them in my diet.

You have made a wonderful decison to get these into your body. Sea Greens are by far one of the best sources for skin, hair and nails and our internal organs as well.

You may also want to add Wheat Grass and Barley to your diet. The benefits are endless.
