I was hoping someone else would jump. The email came with a link to a blog on the site explaining what happened and how customers complaints "broke" her because they were right and how she's trying to do better.

Hello! I haven't ordered from her in years because of all the issues, but I did love her products. Hopefully everything works out and you get your products.

Her Cleansing Conditioners have always been a Summer Time Fav since she first launched, so I grabbed a couple. Hope I get them.
