Just survived my first henna treatment and I LOVED IT! I'm doing an overnight DC with my AOHSR to stave off any dryness from the lemon I mixed in.

Tomorrow:

1. Rinse out DC, apply neem oil overnight for my poor scalp.
2. Co-wash with SM restorative conditioner.
3. Apply leave in
4. Twists.

I'm putting in henna for the first time. I'm using Cover the Gray Henna with Step 1 and Step 2. I'm too young for gray hair.

So I plan to Henna on wet hair that has been rinsed with conditioner and detangled.
Then I will rinse and rinse and rinse, apply Step 2 and wait the alloted time and rinse and rinse and rinse.
Then I will deep condition with the rest of my Keracare Humecto and probably some Mizani Moisturfuse with heat under the hooded dryer
Then I will comb through gently. apply leave in and my twisting mix (Shea Moisture Smoothie and Motions Foam Wrap) and section, twist and go to sleep.

I plan to wake up to a beautiful, black, shiny flat-twist out.

I'm using Moitions Foam Wrap for the first time because a natural with beautiful hair suggested it. I tried it on my bangs only and I have super soft twist out bangs this morning without the crunch from Eco-Styler gel. :)

I can't think about my hair :( It's giving me major anxiety because I can't remember having hair this short while being in a relationship.

I am torn between cornrows and a poof or getting a corrective relaxer.

I did a rollerset Wednesday night and tomorrow is relaxer day. Woohoo! I cannot wait to feel my scalp again.

I washed and blowdried last night with intention to flat iron today but I'm really liking the big blowout look right now. I might just rock this all week.
