I agree with mwedzi. Hair has different growth phases, and as soon as one hair is shed that particular hair will have to start from scratch, therefore all the hair will never be all one length naturally.

Thicken ends may help curb damage though, but it is all personal preference.

Yes, my hair is the same from root to tip.

No, my hair is slightly thinner on the ends.

As long as your ends are healthy, thickness doesn't matter.
