Relaxed

1. Never would have dreamed of going more than 8 weeks without a relaxer pre-LHCF...now 12 weeks is the bare bones minimum.

2. Heat is the devil, but it makes my hair look oh so lovely when I blow it out.

3. It's ok to wet your hair as often as you like because...moisture is key.

I am relaxed.

3 things learned:

- less is more (the less manipulation the better)
- sleeping with a satin scarf/pillowcase
- deep conditioning with honey and sitting under hood dryer

100% Natural here!

3 Tips I learned from LHCF?

1. Deep conditioning makes the hair grow stronger
2. Hot oil treatments keeps my ends healthy longer
3. *trying to think of something else that rhymes*...LHCF ladies are product mongers?

I'm transitioning!

I've learned:

1.) That my hair loves to be washed, often.

2.) To go easy on the protein

3.) That moisture is key

I'm 100% Natural! My hair is very healthy and thick (the thickness can be a pain though :ohwell:). I love keeping my hair in the pony puff...everyone thinks it's pretty neat and asks me all sorts of questions :p

What I've learned in the past couple years about natural hair care is:
1. Less is more (that goes with products, manipulation, etc.)
2. Mineral Oil is BAD FOR YOUR HAIR!
3. Same with the Silicone...;)

Currently Relaxed. I can't deal with my natural hair at this point in my life. Maybe later I will consider transitioning.

I'm : relaxed

3 things I have learned are what products and regimens my hair responds to and what it doesn't, the benefits of roller wrapping, and patience- long hair doesn't grow overnight!:D
