After 3yrs of being natural ive decided i want to get a press to change up the style. Heres the question, my hair is so thick, that when it is pressed it still looks thick. Well i had a friend tell me that i should get it blown dry straight first you know with an attachment comb(on low heat of course) then i should go a head and press it with a pressing creme on low heat, to achieve that straight look. I was wondering would blowing my hair straight and then pressing it would that be to much heat and if not were would i get a attachment comb from, cause i have the hand held blowdryer at home. Do stores sell the attachment comb seprate or what. What do you guys think is that to much heat. What would you do.
Thanks for listening

I prefer airdrying my hair in pigtails overnight then flat ironing. If I'm in a hurry, I blowdry on the COLD setting then flat iron.
