Relaxed woment that have tried Giovanni or others...

A family member of mine is having bad scalp issues and I want to suggest giovanni but she's relaxed and I don't know how it will perform. I don't want any natural products to make her hair worse even if it helps her scalp. Any suggestions?

Giovanni conditioners worked great for me when I was relaxed, especially Triple Treat and the Magnetix (?) one.
