I use a cheap Suave con (aloe vera, tropical coconut, etc.) or Hello Hydration, I use a plastic cap, and let it sit for about an hour...

I've forgotten the last time I did a pre-poo. So right now I am wearing a pre poo mix of coconut milk/coconut oil/honey/Qhemet B. Olive Oil & Honey balm. I'll stay under the dryer with it for an hour and then wash it out.

It's funny. Even when I was putting on the mixture on my dry hair it was starting to become soft. I'll have to do this more often.

do you make a concoction? yep. it has amla, jojoba, macademic nut, emu oil, and kemi
or a special shampoo? i add oil to my poo, usually camellia
do you use a dryer or heat cap? i use a steaming towel or a plastic cap under the bonnet dryer
