Ok. I swore not to buy anymore products unless I absolutely need it. I'm using up everything even the products that aren't my faves. If I bought it, I'm finishing it.

Then yesterday *sigh* as I'm shopping for henna *sigh* I see this pic & its soooo pretty & yummy lookin, I gotta have it. I mean, come on... It's PINK! & only $7.99 LOL

But besides that, the info for it sounds good too *rationalizing the purchase*.

Anybody heard of it or tried it?

Description:

Original Conditioning Hair Masque which has a mixture of Australian Pink Clay, Moroccan Mud, and raw Honey to provide super moisturizing and is recommended for dry hair to restore the moisture balance. Silk protein and hemp seed oil for sheen and to strengthen. This is the deep treatment for those who want the conditioning effect of henna without the color, loosening of curls, and sometimes drying that comes with henna. Curl Poppin', Shine and Define!!!!

Ingredients:

100% Australian Pink clay and Moroccan Mud (Rasshoul clay), organic aloe vera juice, virgin hemp seed oil, organic virgin olive oil ,organic raw honey and silk protein in the form of amino acids, and preservative(formaldehyde and sulfate free Preservative)

Tips for use:

Apply liberally to clean hair, be sure to coat all the hair to the ends. Leave on atleast 30 minutes (overnight for a deeper condition) Cover hair with a plastic cap or bag to utilize body heat and seal in moisture. Rinse with warm water until no traces of masque remain in hair (a good indicator is rinse until the water runs clear) DO NOT SHAMPOO AFTERWARDS *This conditioner has a thick consistency like pudding so many of us mix it with a good organic conditioner to make a deep conditioning gloss- see our selection of recommended conditions as well!)

Never heard of it, but it sounds absolutely delish :lick:. I have everything except the Australian Pink Clay, which really makes me want to get some and make this :look:.

Thinking about making this at home. I could swap the pink clay for some bentonite clay. Don't really care for the pink colour.

I saw that and wanted it too. Not sure why I never went back in for it, but I'm thinking the shipping deterred me. It does sound good though.

If you get it, please give a review!

Ahhhh!!! I hate u I was all stocked up and (probably) didn't need to purchase anything hair care related for the rest of the year...BUT...like u said its pink!!! Sooo prettyyyyy

I think @IDareT'sHair uses it.

Ive been meaning to try it one of these days since my hair loves all things clay/mud ... then again I have all the ingredients at home already ('cept for the pink clay ... which I ve been eyeing to buy anyways :lachen: )

Uh...I see orangeish brown lol. I've been eyeing this for a while too. I actually just saw a youtube video of a lady who put this in her staples yesterday. I think I'll try it during their next sale.

You are correct. I did purchase this a while back from Butters n Bars.

It's nice.

Please be Advised: It takes alot to Rinse it out. It's actually sort of a Burgandy Color. It's sort of messy too.

Overall, it's a nice product if you like Masques/Clays/Henna type things etc....

Remember you have to Rinse, Rinse, Rinse.

After I finished it up, I never repurchased.

I totally agree. This Vendor needs to address the Shipping cost issue.

That's a big Con.:nono:

I do like the "Extra Conditioning" Butter and the "Grow My Hair" but can't deal with the high shipping.

The ingredients look very promising. Wow that looks delish. I can picture myself slathering all over my hair like a hair porn star LOL

@ManeStreet

Yeah.... Report back.

Hmp. Where Che @chebaby at? She used it too.:look:....:nono:
:look::look: i used it once and the rinsing pissed me off:ohwell:
i still have my jar from last year i need to check and see if its filled with mold because i know the shelf like isnt that long.

i would be willing to try it again but i need to put enough time aside to rinse rinse rinse. rinsing this stuff is a b!%ch.

I'm not willing to try it again.:ohwell:

Especially with the Shipping cost.:nono:

I would buy the "Extra Conditioning" and the "Grow My Hair" at a decent shipping rate (of course).

the texture isnt greasy at all. its just a clay thats hard to rinse out. after you rinse and condition i garantee you will still had sections of pink hair:perplexed its like you have to scrub your hair to get the clay out. it clings to the hair.

IDareT'sHair, girl i forgot about how high that shipping was. if i was ordering a lot it wouldnt bother me. also i remember how their shipping wasnt that fast.

@BostonMaria

It's not Greasy/Oily. It's like Clay. :yep:

It's just like Clay.

When I used it, I steamed with it and it made the water turn Reddish.

And it scared me because I didn't want to mess up my Steamer. :nono:

So, then I actually tried it with Saran wrap.

It's a decent product, but it's work. Oh yeah....And You MUST WEAR GLOVES. Right @chebaby:lol:

ETA: I didn't have any residue left in my hair, but I don't have much hair either.

Yeah...I thought it was gone mess up my Steama' (Ain't nobody playin' with that)

Yeah, you have to wear Gloves! It's a definite must.:yep:

Nah....ain't nobody working like that.

I might have rinsed mine out with Conditioner. I can't remember.:nono:

But I did use gloves. I think it says so in the instructions.

It's pink due to the Australian pink clay. Matter of fact, 2 weeks ago I bought and received about 3 pounds of the pure stuff.

OMG on it's moisturizing properties!! I swear I didn't need conditioner when I made a simple mudwash with this and bentonite clay. I did it only the once and haven't repeated it yet. Mostly been using it as a face mask and it doesn't fail there ether.

I generally don't...uh... "enable" PJs in their habits :)lol:) however, it's worth a try.

My only caution: use DARK towels and try not to drip it on anything. It really does stain fabrics...

Oh yea, it also makes a cool, menthol kinda feeling on scalp and skin. At least I thought so...idk if it would come through on this product, tho
