Please pray for me, my marriage is ending

I"ve been putting this for a couple weeks now and didn't want to say anything but now I need some uplifiting. Me and husband have separated and it may be indefinite, ie. divorce. My heart and spirit are very broken right now even though I know I will be ok. I know and believe that God is only putting me through this fire for a reason. And not only that but when there is something big expecting to happen in my life, that is when the devil comes to try to break me down. Personally I know I'll be okay, but it breaks my heart because of my children.

Please pray for me that I have STRENGHT throughout this. Pray even for my husband who has betrayed me and our vows for he is lost and going through the worst battle right now (battle against himself). Please pray mostly for my son and daughter at this time. I imagine the hardest part is yet to come!!! God bless.

You are in my prayers and please know that you are not alone. I too have been gone thought with my dh, not as bad as what you are experiences for I have been going thought. Pray is the key remember that and when all else fails praying in tougues and fasing opens all doors.

Sorry to hear of your separation but I would like to encourage you that a couple of years ago we went through the same thing. We separated for about 6 months and during the time God touched my heart and sent some Godly men into his life and as a result my husband was saved. God used that horrible separation and changed both of our hearts. I was the one who wanted the separation so believe me, he can change the heart of the one whose heart is hard. For the mean time, seek God and pray for your husband. I'm really into books but offcourse the bible first. We just started a book club and the first book we started is "Power of Praying Wife" by Stormie Omaritan, powerful book!

I will definitely pray for you, I pray that God may give both of you strength, wisdom, the power to forgive and to be changed. I pray that your children will know that you love them and that He loves them too. Would you consider going for Christian counselling? is your husband a Christian?

Ladies thank you so much for the support: Queeny, Tami, LadyR, Bublnbrnsuga, Miosy, Sithembile, Shunemite, Not Rapunzel, CandiceC, Supergirl, Honeycomb719.

I'm taking it one day at a time and I am definitely leaning on Him. I don't even ask "why" anymore, I'm just standing and thanking the Lord anyhow. My daughter being 6 yrs. old is already very sensitive so she's having a hard time dealinng. My husband used to be willing to consider counseling but the other day he felt different saying "a stranger" can't help us do anything we haven't already tried. But I know deep in my heart we didn't try 110% (for example going to bed angry or him keeping things inside). Ironically trust was a never an issue so you can imagine the shock value when I found out. After asking for support from my family and my family here on LHCF my spirit has been lifted tremendously and I know this happened for a reason. I know joy comes in the morning. I don't know what else to say...

I will continue to keep you in my prayers. I have been prayign for you, but for other reasons. The devil is really trying to destroy as many familues as possible,so I pray that he will not be victorous in yur case. I am alos praying for the children. I come to you today on behalf of one of my sisters-in-Christ. You already know her pain and suffering, as well as what she and her husband are dealing with. Lord, I ask that you give her strength; make her strong enough to endure any storms that lie ahead.

Lord prepare her for spiritual and emotional battle. Please, prevent her heart from turning to stone and touch her with compassion and allow her to feel joy every day.

Lord, I ask that you also touch her husband; guide his footsteps, Lord. He may not see his faults; he may have forgotten his way, but You can guide him home.

Lord bring peace to the family, as whatever effects one, will impact the other.
