Whoahoho, don't say that! Or well, you can say whatever you want, but let's try to stay positive! My hair has been stuck at 8-11 inches for over a year. It dawned on me earlier in the week, that I should be closing in on BSL and not APL. I figured out that I probably need to add more protein and that I probably get mid-shafts splits. Took me long enough to think of that! I thought I'd been doing a stellar job, but I was only looking for split
ends. I cut protein out completely as a natural and for my fine, cottony strands it was a mistake. So, now I'll be adding in more protein and hennaing my hair.
I saw one post earlier that said something like, 90% of us have been there (with damaged strands) and the other 10% of us don't know.
As a fellow 5'9.5" incher who has been stuck at the same length for a while, I feel the need to keep hope alive!
I'm burning a torch for you!
