Aubrey Organics Island Naturals Replenishing Shampoo

I just used Aubrey Organics Island Naturals Replenishing Shampoo and was very disappointed in the outcome. My hair seemed to be stripped after use. Now, it could have been that I clarified first and then used the replenishing shampoo, but I would have thought it would have had a different effect (more soft, less tangles, etc.).

Has anyone else used this shampoo? I’m trying to decide if I want to give it another chance or decide if I should put it on the crap list too. I hate to do this since I just bought an 11oz bottle which was fairly expensive.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Many natural shampoos seem to be very harsh on the hair. I'm not sure why that is but I still use them when I feel like I need to clarify. I haven't tried that particular shampoo though I have it in my possession but I have used the AO HSR shampoo.

Not too many people buy Aubreys shampoo...only the conditioners.
