This is a lady whoms I follow on youtube. She has THE most amaizing locs ever! I know locs aren't big on this board, but some of you who get on nappturality and some of the other natural hair boards might want to share this there.

No ...she's not high. She might be a little medicated ...she suffers from a chronic pain disorder. There are other videos by her where she discusses that in detail. But that's her usual laid back melancholy style.
