natural ladies: rollersetting/flexirodding twists

i just put a set of small twists in
that i plan on having for a while

and i thought a good styling option
would be to use flexirods or something on them

those of you who have rollerset or used flexirods
while in twists, how long did the style last?
did you do anything to keep the curls for more than a day?
for instance, pinning the curls down...

i'm going to have these twists in for a minute
might as well have some fun with them.
