PhytoRelaxer and colouring!..help please!!??!

Hey ladies..a quick question:

I have been using Phytorelaxer and i have just relaxed using it a little under a week ago..i now would like to dye my hair, but i am not sure on what dye would be suitable for this..as i did read on the phytorelaxer box not to use any dye that contains henna or metal in it(?)

If someone has used a dye in their hair and had sucess could you recommend one for me to use please?

Thanks..oh yeah and how soon should i dye my hair after i used the phytorelaxer?

You should wait at least 4 weeks. Are you going light or dark?

When I was relaxed I used henna and Phyto, no problems. All relaxers say not to use henna, but as long as it is BAQ, you should be fine.

I think to be on the safe side, yes. it will also give you time to strengthen and make sure your hair is moisturized. Are you doing it or going to a professional?
