- Used up Desert Essence Coconut Conditioner
- Gave away 3 HH Espressoself, 1 HH caramel frappuccino, and 1 HH Honey Hash and Pink Grapefruit. Shared it between two of my cousins and a friend.

Didn't use up a thing. It's wash day so I shampooed with mudwash and did a tea rinse. I oiled my scalp with NJoy's growth oil and DCd with AO Blue Chamomile. I used AIA Leave-in and SM Restorative Conditioner as a leave-in. I followed that with Beautiful Curls Leave-In, Beautiful Curls Activating Cream and my crisco whip. I sealed my ends with grease.

I like the SM Restorative Conditioner as a leave-in. I also like the Beautiful Curls as a 2nd leave-in. Now I have enough leave-ins. Still not have success with moisturizers.

Not close to using anything up. I purchased 2 bottles of the SM Restorative Conditioner. CVS has a BOGO. I also found a small bottle of Giovani Conditioner. Not going to add that to my stash. Going to keep that in my travel bag.

If I buy any more moisturizers I am going to try one from Camille Rose.

I will be making more products in the future.

I've used up a lot of stuff, but I've also added a few things as well. I'm just gonna make sure I keep it to 3 leave ins, 3 butters, 2DCs (1 balancing, 1 protein), 1 shampoo, 1 co-cleanser, 1 styler. (I don't count oil since I use mostly oils I cook with). I think that's pretty reasonable.

Bought some stuff a few weeks ago, but given most away as early Christmas gifts.

Used up one HH Honey Hash. Not a repurchase.

I have narrowed down my online brands to Oyin (Hair Dew and Honey Hemp), Bask (Repairitive Hair Treat and Sevenfold butter blend), Curl Junkie (Repair Me and Smoothing Conditioner), and Darcy's (CB Smoothing Cream/may try whip now it is at AveYou, Transitioning Creme).

I can pick up Ouidad Curl CoWash, TJ TTT, and Lush Honey shampoo on the ground. I am waiting on that Hautelook 40% off for Ouidad though.

I am sticking with just these for 2014. It is getting harder to find things that work better for me than my staples. I am also going to look into making my own stuff.

In my quest to trim down my stash and to find HG products for me and my DD, I am constantly going through all of our hair stuff, choosing what to use up next, evaluating ingredient lists and items' role in our regimens, etc. Today I picked up an old jar of Lustrasilk Herbal Cholesterol with Carrot Oil AGAIN trying to see how it would fit in. I opened it just to take a whiff and noticed little dark spots floating. Upon closer inspection I see that they are green and fuzzy. Well, one more product down.

Used up one desert essence red Italian grape conditioner. I love the Desert Essence coconut and Red Italian grape conditioners. They make my hair so soft. I will repurchase if I run out of the expensive stuff before another sale/BF.

They need to change the container though. It stops coming out, but if you cut it open, you can get at least two uses.

I threw away the rest of the Giovanni Eco Chi Leave-In, I spritzed it on my hair either Wednesday or Thursday morning and my hair was crunchy all day I had been doing so well. I still have the Acure Leave-In to try out. But I have been doing pretty well with my water/KKNT/vegemoist mix.

Used Giovanni Nutrafix. I really like this protein conditioner. DCd with AOBC. Maybe half a bottle left. Used Purabody Sapote for the leave-in, followed by Beautiful Curls Activating Cream and sealed with crisco/avg whip.

Session 3 Sept-Dec:I would have used up all the items I do not intend to repurchase and I will continue purchasing one bottle per month from my wish list and adding it to my items not included to stash list. I've decided eventually to use my DC's to co-wash/pre-poo with so I will be running down the items in that list when I start co-washing again when the weather improves. By the end of this session I will have bought be ready to add the items not included to my current stash.

I've been buying too much for whatever reason. I really need this thread to keep me accountable. I bought Nice & Curly Curling Cream because I had never seen it before and it was $5. yeah, I know Then I bought LOreals Total 5 Repair Conditioner and Moisture Rush Mask and they were also about $5. Then I bought Qhemet BRBC off the exchange board. I haven't received it yet.

I have used everything I have received, so that is good. I'm not just hoarding. But I don't need to buy anything else right now. I'm still on the hunt for the right moisturizer.

I may end up giving away another box of the items I'm on the fence about. I do plan on buying some more moisturizers on black friday though. I really need a heavy moisturizer.

Next year I plan on cowashing more often so I will be able to use things up faster.

Yesterday was wash day. I didn't use anything up. I used NJoy's Growth Oil, a mudwash, LOreals Total 5 Repair, followed by LOreals Moisture Mask. I used the AIA Leave-In, followed by the Sapote Leave-in. I twisted with TW Curling Cream.

I will probably twist my hair today with the Acure Leave-in. Maybe I can use that up.

Used up rosewater and glycerine spray- not a repurchase. I like the bottle so I'm just adding water to it.

I also used up a 2oz jar of Miss Jessie's baby buttercreme- this is a nice product for twists and daily moisture. I repurchased the 16 oz size. It smells nice too.

I haven't used up much because I've been travelling alot. I'm tossing my Aubrey Organics White Camellia Conditioner though. I opened the bottle, and it smelled like straight alcohol. I used it anyway (don't ask why), and my hair still smells like alcohol several hours later.

I'm at the tail end of my Purabody Mumuru Milk and my Purabody Sapote Hair Lotion, so I should finish both of them up either this week or next week. I can't tell which I like more, but I'm leaning towards the Sapote I think. I just tried them both on wet hair today, so I'll see.

How are the bolded? The cowash and the PBN lotions? uofmpanther

Froreal3 it was very hydrating. My hair definitely felt nourished. But then again I had mixed it with Loreal color packet sample of nourishing conditioner because I knew it would only do 1 out of four sections of my hair .The only conditioner I used for SD was Raspberry and it did absolutely nothing for my hair.
