I'm almost afraid of using the word staple for fear of changing my mind right after hitting the 'submit reply' button. :ohwell: Seriously though, no matter how (in my mother's words) wishey washey I get, this is the best combo I've ever used.

Shampoo: Dr. Bronner Peppermint Liquid Soap (always followed by a rinse with White Vinegar)

I got this vitamin thing down pat. Everything is working together and the research I did to get it here is insane. The only possible thing I could do to improve it to throw some garlic in there, but I eat so much of it that I think I'm good for now.

Plus I got my Aphogee spray for strength and my altered MoeGro oil for my scalp. Then there are my trusty braids (technique included for less slippage).

I'm still trying to figure out everything else, but hopefully I'll keep mixing things in the kitchen and keep the store-bought products to a minimum!

So far my staples are aphogee provitamin leave in, ORS olive oil as my moisturizer, and SE megasilk w/olive oil as my moisturizer dc and for my protein dc aphogee 2 min reconstructure. I also love to seal with grapeseed oil.
