I love steaming. It's one of my favorite healthy hair-care activity.

1. How often you will steam? 1 to 2 times per week.
2. What method are you using to steam?LCL rollabout steamer, 30 minutes per session.
3. What products will you steam with?I Pre-poo with protein DCs and reconstructors, this is way of infusing the strengthening properties of the DC into my hair prior to wash day manipulation (shampoo, condition, moisture DC, detangling, styling). This helps to reduce excess breakage.
4. Favorite protein DCs to steam with:SSI Fortifying & Okra reconstructors, Dr.Cabello Multi-action Treatment, Komaza Moisture Masque, Shi-Naturals Protein Balance DC, CJ strengthening Conditioners, Silicon Mix Bamboo.

bajandoc86 Girl, what happened to the tags?!

1. I will steam once a week to every other week.
2. I have a steamer; sometimes I steam with a shower cap on, and sometimes I don't. Sometimes I do both in one steam session. :look:
3. Aubrey Organics GPB and HSR, and Giovanni Smooth as Silk.

I steamed today for 1 hour with Aubrey GPB, and added a tiny bit of Smooth as Silk.

I want to join! Got my Huetiful not too long ago but I haven't been keeping up w/ dc-ing lately.

1. How often you will steam? I will steam at least 1x/2 weeks. Ideally, I'd like to steam 1-2x/week but every other week is my baseline.
2. What method are you using to steam? I'm using the Huetiful steamer, usually for 20 min at a time with my hair exposed. Then I put a grocery bag (I refuse to buy plastic caps) on my head and go under my heat cap if I'm not ready to wash out yet. I've used it for prepoos, henna, and moisturizing dcs and plan on using it for protein dcs too.
3. What products will you steam with?
AO White Camelia
AO Honeysuckle Rose
Aveda Dry Remedy Damage Repair
AO GPB
Hairveda Sitrinilla
Henna
Homemade avocado-egg-olive oil protein concoction (got this from lhcf)
Oils: Wheatgerm, amla, bringraj, jbco

Yaay! This is the challenge I was waiting for. Please add me!

1. How often you will steam?
I will steam once a week, or once every two weeks depending on how often I take my cornrows down.

2. What method are you using to steam?
I use a table top steamer.

3. What products will you steam with?
I will use:

PBN Chocolate hair smoothie - Staple
AOHSR
CJ Curl Rehab
CJ Deep Fix (not a repurchase)
HV Sitrinillah (not a repurchase)

This is all I have right now. I am trying to use what I have up, then I will test some more DCs. I only have one staple so far so my list will keep changing throughout the challenge.
