Hits

1. Mini twists-low manipulation and very versatile!

2. Lottabody Olive oil Setting lotion--The best setting lotion, a little goes a long way, set my twists using this and they are still soft, shiny and bouncy 3 days later after working out and humidity.

Pending Hits

1. Parnevu T-Tree Braid Spray, helps relieve the itching and is soothing on the scalp.

2. Okay brand Tea tree oil, used it on my skin and it wasn't greasy. Helped relieved some of the scalp issues as well. Not a fan of all of the ingredients but that was all I could afford at the moment.

Misses

1. Scalp issues due to my dermatitis! Hate it, been itching like a wild animal...not a good look:nono:

2. Original Twists 'n Locs Olive Oil super medicated growth spray with tea tree oil...does absolutely nothing for me. Didn't stop the itching, didn't moisturize and was a waste. Since I got it from Asian BSS I can't return it:ohwell:

PBN murumuru moisture milk. I am at the end of my bottle, and I will surely reorder. It has been a life savor this winter. I love my silk dreams wgb, but I had to lay off the protein this winter. And it smells amazing (Tahitian vanilla). Love love love.
PBN cupuacu butter. Love this as well; it leaves my hair soft with no residue. Melts on contact and spreads like a charm. The only thing is that it gives no shine at all, but I can live with that. I wish my SD mocha bling smelled like it.
Miss: joico smoothing balm. MileHighDiva this thing got my hair so dry and hard on contact. After I did 2 sections I had to put it down. I finish my blow dry using kerastase nectar thermique which left my hair soft and supple so the comb could glide through as I blow dry. The joico has much better ingredients than the kerastase. All my kerastase products are mostly mineral oil, cones and fillers, and all kind of chemicals but they sure do what they say they will do. So this is strike 2 for my joico smoothing balm. Anyone wants it pm, pay shipping and it's yours. I got from Ulta and used twice on my hair and once on my sister s hair.
Miss: Paul Mitchell super skinny serum was a fail because it also got my hair a bit hard. Although it was soft from the kerastase nectar thermique that I first applied. After I did one section I started adding one drop of pure Argan oil to each drop of serum, rub them together then apply to my hair before blow drying. That gave me much better results. My hair was soft again. I have to say though that it smells amazing, much better than the kerastase oleo relax serum which I love. So I will keep using it, but I will add some Argan oil to it.

Thanks for the thorough review, Ms. lady!

I think I'll leave that alone you and @enexitstsgeleft both had issues with it.

SUPER MEGA HIT: Texas Natural Supply's Olive Oil Lotion Base

FOR HAIR: Man. I love this stuff. It's very light yet a little goes a long way. It provides my hair with moisture and definition FOR. DAYS.

FOR SKIN: My legs are so baby soff. No dryness, no scaly skin, just soff.

FOR FACE: Once again, soff. Yet not greasy and plays well with my bare escentuals foundation. And no breakouts!

ETA: Now, I do add glycerin to my products and this was no exception. Without the added glycerin, it was just ok. But the added glycerin took this product to that other level!

Just wanted to be real about my experience...

NaturallyATLPCH, Yes! This is the best detangler ever! So much slip, it's insane. I'll be picking up mine from Healthy Hair Dimensions when they open up on Tuesday. :look:

Continued hit: Sealing with Hairveda Cocasta oil

I usually tend to seal with butters but this oil is thick and rich. My hair stays moisturized for days.
