yeah the good old cholesterol is cheap and with some EVOO it makes your hair really soft and moisturized! oldie but goodie!

Motions CPR or Lavish Conditioner
Hot Oil Treatments
Deep Conditioner for about 30 min-1 hr.
La Keir Shea Butter Conditioner Leave-in

I try to keep it simple

I could have used this when all my products were stolen

But for the most part all I need is some Mango Butter, a watery leave in such as Surge or Pantene, and conditoner such as suave Milk n Honey.

Mmm ...

I would have to say:

EVOO
my hair "concoction" (in my album of cocoa butter, avocado butter, and olive oil)
conditioner (Nature's Gate usually does the trick)
occasionally.......Profectiv Healthly Ends

And if all else fails:
Aveda Deep Penetrating Hair Revitalizer (can't stop raving about this

)

-1 ounce spray bottle mixture of distilled water, any conditioner, oil.
-mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, oil (No, I am not making a salad).
-Good day hair pins (finally).
-Drawstring ponytail and activator gel.

The three items that always get me out of hair trouble is suave awphi, Aussie Hair Insurance and Surge 14. Wonderful products.

Nexxus Emergencee (for more than mild breakage}
Nexxus Humectress and Keraphix (mild doses of both moisture and strength...an all in one treatment}
Nutrine Garlic Shampoo (seasonal shedding}
Kenra MC (immediate moisture}
Elucence (airdrying leave in}
pantene conditioner (for the occsasional severe tangle]
Salerm 21 leave in (a leave in moisture, oil and protein treatment. Great for long days in the sun}

LONG toothed comb...afro pick type thing...NOTHING detangles my hair like this. I wont be without it.

I've kept a small "kit" in the truck of my car ever since my hair acted a FOOL one day and I was walking around looking crazy.

Anyway, my kit contains small containers filled with:

- spray bottle of distilled water
- Suave Awaphi conditioner
- FOTE Aloe Vera Gel
- Mini Denman brush
- Coconut Oil
- Bobby pins
- Ouchless elastics
- wide tooth comb

However, I have a hard time keeping it stocked because I'm always giving out samples to other naturals I run across

distilled water spritz
sheabutter, olive oil concoction
good hairdays pins
frizzbuster gel
SCurl

These are things that always seem to carry me throught when I run out of stuff momentarily

castor oil always #1 for softening
salerm 21 - detangling and slip
neutrogena triple moisture serum - detangling/moisture
elasta qp mango butter - softening
