makes your hair grow? I use to wash my hair once a week, now i started washing it twice a week, and i can see new growth. This was the only thing that i changed in my hair regime. I have been eating healthy for over a month, doing scalp massages for the same amount of time, taking vitamin supplements, including biotin, and a hair vitamin, and i just couldn't tell if my hair was growing. I started oiling my scalp (i do so three times a week) but i have been doing that also for about 2 weeks. I started noticing new growth coming in this week, and i just started this new washing regime last week. It is so exciting. So is it true that frequent hair washing makes your hair grow faster? I know that Brenda from blackwomenrejoice says to wash your hair every 3 days, and also Cathy in her book that claims to grow 6" in one year says to wash your hair every 3 days. I will be putting braids in soon, and i will continue to wash twice a week, and oil my scalp, with massage to see after 2 months if my hair has grown longer. I will keep everyone posted.
