Whew this challenge was hiding deep back here. Well October 1st is next Wednesday. Are you ready? Thank goodness Hairveda is opening back up on Friday so I can order some stuff so I can feel stocked up and ready.
 
I put my order in at Hairveda. I think I am done until Jan 1st. I know we have until Tuesday but I don't think I need anything. I'm set.
 
Ladies,

I am going to have to drop out of the challenge. The sets that I purchased from DE did not work for my hair and I am in the process of contacting them now for return information. Good luck with the challenge ladies.
 
I need to do this but I need to order some MegaTek, that Cowboy Magic, and (finally) get a Pibbs (or Pibbs-like) dryer...hadn't even started and already used my 3 passes so I know I wouldn't hang

oh, and some Vatika Frosting and I think that hair oil from the fig tree and some hair vites/products from renuherbs....

Good luck to those of you that can do it though!
 
I'm gonna join, Shay! I'll say in advance that my 3 passes will be used for relaxer, and I'll probably run out of OCT and WEN. No more hair vitamins, no nuthin' til next year. :yep:
 
so, i bought a 5lb tub of the lustrasilk shea butter plus cholesterol

that should last me a minute or two.

so, i'm good.
 
I NEED A TUB OF SOME KINDA DEEP MOISTURING CONDITIONER STAT. I GOT A BUNCH OF CO-WASH CRAP.
 
I'm joining this one fo sho! I only need to buy my relaxer for the end of November or early december and possibly a moisturizing shampoo. Those are the only two things I forsee needing between now and January!!!

I am contemplating one more purchase before the first. I'm thinking of buying Hydratherma's or is it Hydrathermal's Follicle Invigorator. I also want to purchase the heat protectant but that can wait since I have a nearly full bottle of IC.
 
I'm in. I may have to use a pass to get a specialty brush though.
Also, I'm still "interviewing" conditioners, so there may need to be a temporary ban on the "This conditioner is the TRUTH!" threads.

Besides that, this should be child's play as long as I don't see anything I want and nothing goes on sale. :look:

:lachen:I just placed my order. When I said that my daughter said "no, you are not suppose to buy a thing," she's 12. I was like "dag, you the challenge police? It is for your hair too and the challenge don't start till Wednesday." then I rolled my eyes.

I am taking this quite literal myself. I will probably order the follicle invigorator tonight or tomorrow. I'm on the fence right now.
 
Okay I'm starting to feel like Pookie from New Jack City. Hair products are calling my name. Tomorrow is the day and I'm feeling like I'm having withdrawal already! Still thinking about making that one more purchase. Generally if it is taking me this long to make a decision it is something I need not buy. I'm a buy or not girl and not think about it a million years type so we shall see.
 
I think I will join this, but I need a week's grace period to stock up since I just completed the Buy Nothing for September Challenge. So I will officially start Oct 8th.
 
lol i'm down! i have a personal savings goal i'm trying to reach before the year is over. and plus christmas is slowly approaching. afterall its just hair products ladies:perplexed:lachen::rolleyes:

i gotta do it, i spent way to much money last month on hair care products.

ayjacks--I see you changed your mind. I'm sure you do need to buy a thing or two.

I've decided not to buy the follicle invigorator. Maybe another time.
 
Hoping to finish all my hair products uppp.. so I can get some new product in 09

Plus this is great discipline, I need to learn to only buy products when I've finished with the one I have....
 
lol i have a few hrs to dash to the store to get a relaxer(regular)i bought super by mistake. or maybe i can just use the super, do you think super will make my hair fall out? i've been using regular strength all my life. Also i need chelating or a clarifying poo for my next relaxer n december.

store opens at 9am, i get off work at 6am. go home take a quick nap and than off i go. :cowgirl:
i'm in japan so don't mind the time differences:lachen:i'm a day ahead, so i have several hours before midnight in the states.

Also does getting your hair done count? :grin:i plan to get a professional rollerset with my next relaxer. i'm just horrible:nono:

Getting your hair done is fine. Now if you buy products at the salon, you will need to use a pass.:grin:
