If you are currently taking vitamins or have been thinking about it, join this challenge as we attempt to reach our goals of longer, thinker, stronger, and healthier hair. This challenge is for those who would like to be consistent with their vitamin regimen, in order to see growth, thickness or simply general improvement in their hair and/or body. This challenge is quite simple: take the recommended dose of your chosen vitamin on a daily basis. It can be a regular multi-vitamin, a multi-vitamin targeted for hair growth, or an individual supplement (collagen, fish oil, msm, etc). that you hope will benefit your hair/health This challenge is all about being consistent with whatever vitamin/supplement you choose to take to help you reach your goals. To join, please state: 1.) Your current length and the length you hope the vitamins will help you achieve (or other goal that you wish to achieve) 2.) Any of the vitamins or supplements you're using for the health of your hair (or body in general) 3.) How long you intend to take the vitamins for This challenge officially begins on 1 January 2019. This post will be updated with a list of vitamins everyone is taking. There is no pressure to post before, during and/or after pics, but they are encouraged. We can also use this thread to talk about new vitamins on the market, as well as any good or bad experiences anyone has had with a particular vitamin. Please come back to this thread each time you finish a bottle of your vitamin, or decide to switch to a new vitamin. Please also feel free to come back in-between and let us know how things are going. Lastly, remember that length does not only come from growing hair, but also from retaining the hair that you are growing. With that being said, may we grow as many inches as possible, AND retain every inch in 2019!
