your hair is beautiful...is your friend a Niko's Cousin?
Since the person who started lhcf name is "niko" we all affectionately give ourselves the title "niko's cousins!!! The secret term for "is she a lhcf member"???
No i didn't use Feye's method. I have been using this method long since I started trimming my own ends. I had never heard of Feye's but it I see that its a similar technique.

I didn't cut a lot of length off of her hair. On average it was 1-2 inches and I went up into the crown. Cutting ends is vital to hair health and for those that are afraid to get a REAL trim, you are simply stunting your hair growth. A split end will continue to split up the shaft and break off. Not to mention it doesn't maintain curl, shine or manageability. Damaged hair also tends to tangle and get pulled out in the comb or brush.
**trim trim trim...ESPECIALLY when transitioning from relaxed to natural**
