Question ladies.

My wig looks very wigy. I've plucked the part and added concealer. It looks less wigy but it obviously looks like a wig.

Is there anything else you ladies do or do you just ride with it? More specifically any help on were the wig starts on the part?

Leave a tad bit of your edges out like a 1/8 inch. what's the name of the wig? try to youtube it. There's a lot of tutorials on there.

@morgandenae i don't part my hair and then put the wig on top of the part. I just pluck the part, put concealer on it, put it on and go. everyone thinks it's a sew in. Is that what you were talking about?

Yes ma'am that's what I'm talking about. I did the same thing but were the wig start on the part is were you can obviously tell it's a wig. I hope I'm making sense lol

Synthetic wig. Straight and side part. Bobbi Boss Uma.

Will do !

Thanks so much ladies ! :2inlove:

I would like to join. But, I need to know how to have my hair braided under my wig so it doesn't look like a hair hat. :\ does anyone know where I could found information/pics for that??? Hair is past hl

Do you all think it's possible?
It is very possible. I did it for years. Beehive is the way to go.

I washed my Duby wig and put it in the dryer. I hope I didn't ruin it... I'll check on it in a few minutes

PRE-POO'd overnight with AVJ spritz & hot shea oil.
DC'd under the heat cap for an hour with Bobeam Buttercream & Soultanical's Curl Detox mix.
SHAMPOO'd scalp with Trader Joe's Tea Tree Tingle.
COWASHED length with Paul Mitchell's The Detangler.
RECONSTRUCTED with Avon's Advanced Techniques Damage Repair.
RINSED OUT Bye Bye Paraben's Conditioner & ACV.
LCOB'd with Cream of Nature Strength and Shine, Shea Moisture Yucca & Baobob Milk, Sarenzo's Vanilla Creamy Oil on length & NJOY on scalp & Kyra's Shea Buttercream on ends.
INVERTED and massaged my scalp for 4 minutes.

In preparation for my return to wigs, I braided my hair in a beehive. My 1st wig is curled and ready for tomorrow and the other 17 wigs are waiting on their turn in the rotation.

Sprayed my braids with rose water , moisturised with African pride shea butter hair lotion and sealed plus oiled my scalp with jbco , olive oil and peppermint oil

Outre has the most realistic wigs
You made need to carefully look at other brands
Sensational wigs are good as well...
I would also recommend half wigs as well

Bobbi has nice looking wigs but they look wiggy and super density
