BAD: Receiving an email today that LRC Hair ran out of 75% of my SBS order. It'll be another 2 weeks or so before they're able to ship :nono:
No Shake and Go (my protein-based leave in spray) for at least 3 weeks :cry2:

Mega Body Leave-in: Runny texture (not fully liquid but definitely not thick at all), scent is on the amber-y, powdery side (scent lingers a long time), pretty decent detangler, leaves hair soft, moisturization is okay

Shake and Go: LOVE, smell is amber-y, powdery like the leave in, detangling power is great, really softens my hair

Complete Cleanse Shampoo: Very cleansing but not too stripping, does a mild tingly thing on the scalp, a little goes a long way because it lathers very well

Sarenzo not responding to emails about my refund. They've got u til tomorrow at 4pm, before I file a paypal conplaint.

Mielle organics not responding
to emails. Hair milk has white beads in it.

Same experience I had with Sarenzo. :angry2:

In my experience, Mielle was very responsive concerning CS issues. So this is interesting.

Hope you get them both resolved.

Seems like there are duplicate BF 2015 threads going around. Hope everyone is buying what they want. Me I am fighting with Sarenzo-filed a dispute and they wont answer. So they've got my money and their products. Mielle Organics- thought I had it resolved and then someone else got involved and is muddying the waters. I think from now on, I am staying with established brands. No more experimenting. I don't care how good the product looks.

I got a hair milk with white beads in it that don't dissolve. Plus it gave me a headache. The dc scent is soooo strong that just using it for 30 seconds in the shower gave me a headache. One CS rep agreed to send me another milk and refund the conditioner. Another CS rep gave me the spiel about natural products being inconsistent and the beads will melt, blah, blah, blah. At this point, I want my money back for both products and I'm done with MO. Stress me out on such a gorgeous day in NY in November. lol

The Good - Bee Mine 40% off sale from 6:00 - 8:00 yesterday.
The Bad - The cost of shipping was almost more than the darn discount.
The Ugly - Although I was in desperate need of her DC's I had the willpower to hold off and I did not pull the trigger on the purchase. I almost broke out in a ugly cry.
 
I pm'd Inahsi Naturals about their high shipping rates and missing out on sales. I'll let you know if they respond. I know I said I wasn't going to try anything new but okay I lied, but not for $15 shipping for 3 products.

Thank you for contacting us and we appreciate the feedback. First of all, for all of you who wish to try our products, we will be offering Free Shipping on Monday (11/30/15), which includes $10 off any purchase $50 or more.

As far as our shipping costs, we are working on this. Currently all of our orders are shipped out of our fulfillment center in Chicago, however, we are in the process of placing inventory in the other warehouses that are available to us in LA, and Philadelphia.

This will bring the shipping down for pretty much all of the US. Most of our current products are still only coming out of Chicago (Hair Whip, Custard), however the Leave-In as well as the new products (Shampoo, Conditioner, Deep Conditioner) will be available from each location so shipping for those items will be cheaper for the next few months if you live on either coast. Eventually everything we make will be stocked in each location. As a customer this will be invisible to you but you will see it in the shipping cost.

Future Plans
Keep your eye out for Flat Rate Shipping which we will roll out as soon as we can. Probably within the next 3 to 6 months. Additionally we are looking to expand our presence to warehouses in Canada, the UK, and the rest of Europe. We also get inquiries from across Africa for our products, but we need to locate a reputable distributor to help us there. Stay Tuned to all of our international friends.

If you own a Beauty Supply/Boutique please contact us. We have a wholesale application on our website. For all of our customers/potential customers please let us know where you prefer to shop in your area and we will get in touch with them. Additionally ask them if they stock Inahsi Naturals products when you shop. Smaller, Independent, and/or Black Owned are easier for us to get into at the moment. We haven't decided if we want to push into the larger chain type stores, and we are not necessarily looking to get into Big Box Retail because there is a lot of drama attached with that.

So my Sarenzo melodrama continues. Of course they said that they had no record of my e-mails on their CS server or receiving my package in their PO box . I resent everything . So here I sit. No money and no product. And of course they don't work on the weekends. Darn Sarenzo. That company is run by a she-devil.

If so, I would be sending all my emails thru PayPal.

Once you escalate the PP Claim, it shouldn't take long to get your money back.
All the e -mails are going thru PayPal. If I don't get a response on Monday, I'll get PP involved. Most companies don't like PP disputes and try to resolve it quickly. Sarenzo doesn't seem to care.

Really?? what's the matter with Sarenzo? I did what they asked. I sent the products back and now they come up with some ish like they had no idea what I was talking about.

I'm telling you anybody that buys from them is buying at their peril. I wouldn't buy anything from them if they were the last hair company on earth. I'd walk around looking like buckwheat.
