Redken Smooth Lock Stay Sleek (leave-in)
Redken Power Tame 16 (intense straightening balm)

This is the straightest my hair has gotten since I chopped off the rest of my relaxed ends last year. Still not bone straight, but I'm starting to let go of the idea that my hair can get that straight without the use of a chemical relaxer. I used the Redken Smooth Lock Stay Sleek as my leave-in, sealed with the Hairveda Jardin oil and then put my hair into braids to dry/stretch my hair overnight. Then I unraveled the braids, added Redken Power Tame 16 to each section, blow dry and flatironed my hair.

Paul Mitchell "the conditioner" leave in is great! I think I may like it better than my Giovanni leave-in.

Curl formers.....life saver as I'm going through the no heat challenge.

MISS:

Call me crazy but I've tried the Tressemme Natural conditioner many times this month but it tends to make my hair kinda dry.

Which Tressemme Natural conditioner are you using? The Nourishing Moisturizing one or the Vibrantly Smooth one?

Miss, miss, miss: Sarenzo Bath & Body Chocolate Butter. What I received looks nothing like the pictures. It is hard and has beads in it that are intact and do not spread or melt at all. Sigh. Companies like this make me not want to try any new vendor.

That is EXACTLY what happened to me! Did they try to pacify you with two pieces of candy and a free bar of soap too :lachen:?
At least your order eventually arrived. Mine never did. When I contacted them about three weeks after I placed my order, they said it must have gotten lost in transit and promised to send a replacement. To this day, I never got the original or the promised replacement. By then it was well past the paypal dispute period so I just let it go. Sorenzo...never again:nono:

Smh. Sarenzo still having issues. I almost took that flash sale offer. Talked myself right out of it. I actually like her stuff but it was excuse after excuse why her store kept closing up.

If I wanted candy I could have bought it at the dollar store on the ground. Not pay shipping and handling online for crummy sub par product:wallbash:. I am glad that I only spent six dollars on that. Thank god there are so many others waiting in the wings with superior product AND customer service :bdance:.

I am glad I saw IDareT'sHair post about opening a dispute w/ paypal or I probably would have waited too late too. smh

I learned my lesson from other folks on here.

When things with a Vendor look like they are heading South....

I immediately open a PayPal Dispute (for the record). :ohwell:

At least that puts them On Notice.:look:

Unfortunately, with some folks you gotta do that.:nono:

And I always ask for a Refund instead of a Replacement

Wow! So,Serenzo is still at it,with the new website & all..Glad I cancelled my order,in just using the other products I have from them & that's it.

Hit: shipping notice from shescentit. I ordered 10/21 (I know I probably wont leave for real until Thursday). I though I wouldn't get my stuff until early November!
