Hits:
The C-W-C Method for shampooing.

Nexxus Humectress. I used it by itself, I used it with Vatika Oil, and I put a little bit in my HE LTR Leave-In, all with great results. When this bottle is gone, I'm going to buy the liter size.

Yes to Carrots Mud Conditioner. Hate the smell, but it did wonders on my hair.

Misses:
Air Drying without flat ironing. I don't have my rollersetting stuff here with me, and I don't do flexi rods on wet hair, so I had to air dry today. My hair feels really good, but it crunches  and I look like Tim Burton. :hair: :wallbash:

Denman Style Goody Brush for detangling. It ripped out my hair, so I took out some rows of bristles, and it still ripped out my hair. I'm only using it on dry hair from here on out.

Big Big Big Hit:
LHCF in December! I got the vapors with all those challenge reveals, year-end progress threads and specifically, Ediese's progress thread. They really gave me lots of inspiration and incentive to go into the new year with a plan and renewed hope for my hair's health and growth. :yep:
Thanks for sharing, ladies!
